SREE CHANDAN FARM RESORTS AND CONSTRUCTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office for Sree Chandan Farm Resorts and Constructions (OPC) Private Limited is over in Kadapa, specifically in Balaji Nagar. It’s part of the RV Nagar area which has seen a lot of changes over the years. Our address is 45/136-1. It is a pretty standard spot for this part of Cuddapah. We deal with farm resorts and some construction work, so there is usually a lot of talk about land and building materials around here. It’s not a quiet job, that’s for sure. We are often out looking at sites or talking to workers, but this is where the paperwork happens. The sun really beats down on Kadapa in the summer months, so we keep the fans going all day long. It is just a simple operation. We don’t have a lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It is more likely you’ll find one of us with dusty boots and a phone in our hand. We’ve been set up here for a bit and we know the streets around Balaji Nagar pretty well. There’s a lot of building going on in this part of Andhra Pradesh lately. We try to keep up with it all as best as we can. It's a lot of work, but we enjoy the pace. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep everything organized. Sometimes it gets stressful when deadlines are close, but we manage to push through and finish what we started.
