SRECA REAL ESTATES AND INFRA DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is located at House number-6/399 in the HAAB Narayan Reddy Colony in Rajampeta. We’ve been set up here for a while now. Rajampeta is a place where everyone seems to be building something new, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is just a regular house in the colony, which makes it easy for people to stop by and chat. We deal with both real estate and construction, so some days we are looking at land and other days we are covered in dirt at a building site. It’s a lot to manage, but we have a small team that works hard. We don't use those polished sales pitches you hear in the bigger cities. Usually, we just sit down with a cup of tea and look at the plans together. We know that building a house or buying land is a big deal for most people, so we try not to overcomplicate things. The market changes all the time, and prices for steel and bricks go up and down, so we just try to keep our clients updated. We don't have a big marketing budget. We mostly rely on the fact that we are part of the HAAB Narayan Reddy Colony and people know who we are. It’s honest work, and we just want to keep doing it.
