Paviza Buildtech Private Limited is located at 4/633-22 on Patel Road in S Nagar. We are right in the heart of Kadapa, which means it is usually scorching hot outside our door. The office is not much to look at from the outside, but we have everything we need to manage our building work. Cuddapah is a tough place to build sometimes because of the soil and the heat, but we have been around long enough to know the tricks. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between the office and various project sites around Andhra Pradesh. The desks are covered in notebooks and half-finished cups of coffee because there is always something going on. We are not some big corporate firm with a thousand employees. We are just a small group that knows how to handle bricks, mortar, and steel. If you walk down Patel Road, you will see our sign. It is a bit worn out now but it gets the job done. We do not spend a lot of money on fancy decorations because we would rather put that into our projects. Our day starts early before the sun gets too high and usually ends late when the paperwork is finally finished. It is honest work and we do not try to pretend it is anything else. We are just local builders making our way in S Nagar one project at a time.
