Mmnr Avenues India Private Limited is our company based in Kadapa. We are situated at Door No- 59/2-8, right near the Chodamma Temple in the Nabikota area. It’s a familiar spot for most locals. We work on avenues and land development, trying to figure out how to make the best use of the space we have here in Cuddapah. We aren't some big corporate group from a different state. We are local people who understand the soil and the layout of this town. Most of our days are spent out on various plots of land or sitting in the office near the temple going over files. It’s not always fast work, especially with all the paperwork the government requires for land deals, but we keep at it. We don't like to brag about what we do. We just want to get the job done so we can move on to the next project. People in Nabikota know us as neighbors. We try to be helpful when we can. The office is pretty plain, just a place to keep our maps and tools. Sometimes the heat in Kadapa makes the afternoon slow, but we usually get back to it once it cools down a bit. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen the town change quite a bit lately. We’re just glad to be a small part of how it’s growing and making things better for everyone.
