Eshapallavi Chits Private Limited is based on the second floor of the building at Door No 4/622-R3. We are right on Railway Station Road in Kadapa, directly opposite the New RTC Busstand. It’s a very busy area, so there is always the sound of buses and horns coming through the windows. Climbing the stairs to the second floor keeps us moving. Our office isn't anything fancy. We have some shelves for the registers and a few tables where we sit to work. Most of our days are spent talking to members or writing out receipts. Because we are near the bus stand, people often pop in while they are waiting for their transport. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The climate in Kadapa is usually hot, so we keep the fans running all day long. We handle the chit auctions and the monthly payments without any big corporate drama. It’s just us doing our jobs. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of blue pens, but we manage. We know the local shopkeepers and the people who live nearby. It’s a community thing. We don't try to look like a fancy bank from a movie. We are just a local chit fund company handling the paperwork for people who need to save or borrow. It's practical work for real life. We like seeing the groups grow and finish over the months.
