We are based out of Ravindra Nagar in Kadapa West, at 5/336 A. CHABUK SAWAR PLANNERS AND CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is a name that some people find a bit long, but it’s ours. We do a mix of planning and actual construction work. It’s a lot of back and forth between drawing things up on paper and then actually trying to build them on the ground. Often, what looks good on a plan doesn't work so well when you start digging, so we have to be flexible. We are a small team and we all wear many hats. One day I might be doing the accounts and the next I’m out supervising a concrete pour. It keeps life interesting. Kadapa can get really hot, so we try to get most of the heavy outdoor work done early in the day. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on doing a decent job for people and hoping they tell their neighbors. Our office is a quiet place where we can focus on the technical details. We don't promise anything impossible. We just tell you what the costs are and how we plan to get the structure up. It’s a practical approach to a hard job, and we’re okay with that because it is what we know best.
