We’re set up in Bharati Lay Out, which is just off Darwha Road here in Yavatmal. N Architect And Interior Design Studio is a small operation. We focus on the basics of architecture and making interiors look decent for the people who live around here. It’s not a high-rise office or anything like that, just a regular workspace in a residential layout. Being in this part of Maharashtra, we have to deal with the local weather and the specific building styles that work for our climate. We spend a lot of our time out on construction sites or sitting at our desks with pencils and old rulers. It’s a quiet enough area to actually sit and think about designs without too much distraction. We don't have a lot of marketing talk to share with anyone. Most of our work comes from people in Yavatmal who just need someone to help them with a house plan or a small renovation. We try to keep things real and we don't use those big, empty words you see in fancy brochures. Sometimes a project goes smoothly, and sometimes it’s a bit of a headache with the materials or the weather, but we just work through it. The layout is a good spot because it’s easy to reach from the main road. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while now.
