Our office is located in Yeotmaal, specifically in the Umarsara area at Ghar Number 19 in Narendra Nagar. We are quite close to Gurukrupa Colony, which is a nice little landmark for anyone looking for us. It’s a bit of a quieter life here in this part of Maharashtra, but we stay pretty busy with all the property work we have to do. Our office isn't a big glass building; it’s actually more like a regular house that we’ve turned into a workspace. This makes it feel more comfortable and less like those stiff corporate offices you see in big cities. We don't really use any polished marketing language or big slogans. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because often they are. We spend a lot of our time out in the field, looking at different plots and houses around Yeotmaal. When we are in the office, we’re usually catching up on paperwork or having a quick tea break. We try to be as straightforward as we can with everyone. If a property has issues, we say so. If it’s a good deal, we say that too. It’s a very practical, honest way of working. We’ve been here in Narendra Nagar for a good while and we really enjoy being part of the local scene. It’s just us, doing our thing and helping people out with real estate.
