You will find us at the Chintamani Complex on Dharha Road in Yavatmal. We share our space with Chintamani Travels, so it’s a very busy spot with people always coming in to book bus tickets. It can get a bit loud, but it keeps us connected to what’s happening in town. Chintamani Developers is our side of the business where we focus on local construction and land. We have been here for quite some time, and most people in Yavatmal know the building. Our office has a few desks and a lot of papers related to various plots of land around the district. We spend our days meeting with people who want to build a small house or maybe a warehouse for their business. We aren't doing any massive skyscrapers; we just stick to what we know best, which is local, solid construction. It is a lot of coordinating with workers and making sure we have enough materials on hand. The weather in Yavatmal can be very hot, so we do a lot of our site visits early in the day. We are a small team, and we handle everything from the initial planning to the final coat of paint. It’s a practical way to earn a living, and we enjoy seeing our buildings being used by the people we see at the travel desk every day. We don't use big words to describe things, we just build.
