Gaur Gopals Garden School

Our school, Gaur Gopals Garden School, is over at Plot No 151 in the Cidco N 3 area of Aurangabad. We are right near Foundation School, so it's a busy little pocket of the city. We have a bit of outdoor space which is why we have garden in the name. It’s not a huge park or anything, but there are some trees and plants that the kids like to look at. Inside, the classrooms are simple. We have the usual desks, chairs, and blackboards. Most of us who work here have been in the education field for a long time, so we’ve seen all sorts of kids come through these doors. We don't have a flashy office or a lot of high-tech stuff. We just focus on the lessons and making sure the kids are behaving themselves. Aurangabad is a historic city, and we like to think we are a small part of its present day. The morning assembly is usually when the whole place feels the most alive. You can hear the kids reciting their prayers and the national anthem from the street. After that, everyone heads to their rooms and things settle down a bit. We keep things practical. If a kid scrapes a knee, we fix it up. If they struggle with a math problem, we sit with them until they get it. It’s just how we do things here in Cidco. We aren't looking for awards or anything. We're just a local school.
