Chate Kids School

If you walk down Kamgar Chowk Road in Cidco N 2, you will find us at Chate House. It is a familiar building in this part of Aurangabad. Every morning, parents are dropping off their little ones and the street gets quite crowded. Being a kids' school means there is never a quiet moment from 9 AM onwards. We spend most of our time making sure the younger children stay in their classrooms and don't wander off. The rooms are filled with toys and small chairs that we have to straighten up every single evening. It is a lot of cleaning and organizing. Living and working in Aurangabad, we see how the neighborhood has changed over the years. Cidco is a busy area now. The school itself is tucked into the local community. We don't have a giant playground, but the kids find ways to run around in the spaces we have. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to open all the windows to keep it cool. The teachers here are mostly local people who live nearby. We talk to the parents at the gate every day about the small things, like who forgot their water bottle or who needs a new notebook. It’s just a normal, small school life. We don't do anything too fancy. We just keep the day moving along until it is time for the afternoon pick-up.
