Our setup here in Yavatmal is pretty straightforward. We operate under Vigneshwra Export and we’re tied to Mr. Gautam Umare’s place. Yavatmal isn’t a huge city like Mumbai or Pune, so things move a bit slower here, which we actually like. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of everything ourselves. Being in Maharashtra, we have to deal with various local regulations, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We handle exports, which sounds big, but it’s really just about making sure the local products find a way out to other places. The office isn't anything fancy. It’s got the basic stuff: a desk, a computer that sometimes runs slow, and plenty of space for files. We spend a lot of time coordinating with transporters. Sometimes the roads around here aren't the best, so logistics can be a bit of a challenge. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It's more of a home-grown business feeling. We know most people in the neighborhood by name. When someone calls, they usually talk to the same two or three people every time. We just try to be honest about what we can do and when things will arrive. It’s a small-town way of doing business, where your word actually matters. We’re just regular folks in Yavatmal trying to run a decent export house without too much fuss or complicated systems. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done.
