Toscano Infrastructure is based out of Umarkhed in the Yavatmal district. Our office is actually in a house, House No.7 in Nath Nagar. It’s a quiet residential area compared to the big cities, and that’s just how we like it. Working from a post like Umarkhed means we are close to the actual projects we handle in this part of Maharashtra. We don't have a big fancy sign or a revolving door. Most days, it is just us sitting around the table going over plans and talking to contractors on the phone. The weather here in Yavatmal can get extremely hot in the summer, so we usually try to get the heavy work done early in the morning before the sun gets too high. Living and working in the same area means we know almost everyone in the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be some huge international corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a local team trying to build things in this region. The paperwork piles up on the wooden desks, and there’s always a bit of dust from the road coming through the windows. It is a very normal, local operation. We don’t use any complicated jargon or big words. We just look at the site maps, figure out the logistics, and make sure the materials are where they need to be. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work that keeps us busy throughout the week.
