We are located in Mata Nagar in Ralegaon. You can find us at the place of Shri Ramaji Bapurao Kubade. We started Tejwan because the livestock owners in this area needed a way to work together. It’s a producer company, which basically means it’s owned by the people who are actually doing the work with the animals. We don’t have a skyscraper or a big glass office. We mostly meet up at Ramaji’s place or out in the fields where the animals are. It's a very hands-on kind of business. We spend our time figuring out how to get better feed or how to sell the livestock when they are ready. Ralegaon is a place where everyone knows everyone else, so word of mouth is how we operate. We don't bother with advertisements or polished brochures. If someone needs help with their herd, they just come and find us. We handle the paperwork and the legal stuff that comes with being a registered company, but at the end of the day, it's about the animals. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate or the market is slow. But being a group makes it a bit easier to handle the tough times. We’re just local people trying to make the livestock business work for our community. It’s simple, direct, and we do our best every day to keep things moving forward.
