If you are looking for us, we are located at Survey No. 7/B/2 in Kalamb. It is right behind the Maya Biyar Bar, so it is usually pretty easy to find once you get into the area. Shri Chhatrapati Charitable Foundation is basically just a small group of us trying to do some good around here. We don't have a big budget or anything fancy. Mostly we spend our time talking to people in the village and seeing who needs what. Kalamb isn't the biggest place, so everyone kind of knows what's going on anyway. We started this because we saw things that weren't getting fixed and thought, why not us? It’s hard work sometimes, and we don't always get everything right the first time. We spend a lot of time on the ground, just moving from one task to the next. The office is simple, just enough room for a few chairs and some papers. We don't go in for big speeches or polished presentations. That's just not how we do things here. Usually, someone is around if you stop by, but we might be out back or helping someone down the road. It gets dusty out here, and the days can be long, but it’s fine. We just take it one day at a time and try to be useful to the people living nearby. That’s about all there is to it. We aren't experts, just locals who care about what happens on our own street and the ones next to it.
