Sadbhav Engineering Limited

The base camp for our work is located in Umarkhed along the Nagpur Road. We are situated right near the auto stand, which makes it a very active spot throughout the day. This isn’t a traditional office with carpets and air conditioning. It’s a working site camp where we manage our engineering projects. There are trucks, heavy equipment, and a lot of materials moved in and out constantly. The ground is often dusty, and when it rains, it gets quite muddy, but that is the nature of road work. We have some basic structures set up for the staff to handle the daily logs and project details. It’s a busy environment with a lot of noise from the engines and the traffic on Nagpur Road. The team spends most of their time outdoors or in the temporary sheds we use for meetings. Being near the auto stand means there is always a place for people to catch a ride or grab a quick snack nearby. We have been at this location for the duration of the current project. It’s a tough job that requires everyone to be on their toes. We don’t have time for anything that isn't related to the work at hand. It’s just about getting the engineering done and making sure everything stays on track day after day in Umarkhed.
