We are out in Pusad, in a place called Narayan Wadi. The foundation is set up at Shri Dnyaneshwar Laxmanrao Ingole’s place. It’s a very local, home-based setup, which is common in this part of the country. Pusad is a small town, so everyone knows where Narayan Wadi is if you ask around. We don't have a big fancy office with a sign out front. It is just a house where we do our work. We sit in the main area and handle our mail and phone calls. It’s a very practical way of doing things. The pace of life here is a lot slower than in the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. We like it that way. It gives us time to focus on what we are doing without feeling rushed all the time. During the summer, it gets quite hot, so we try to finish our main tasks early in the morning. We have some basic furniture and our files are kept in a cupboard. It is a very humble environment, but it serves our purposes perfectly well. Most of the people who come to see us are locals from around Pusad. We just try to be helpful and keep our records as straight as we can. It’s honest work and we are happy to be doing it here. There is always some tea on the stove and we spend a lot of time just chatting with whoever stops by to say hello.
