Our office for Quadracon Builders And Developers Private Limited is located at Plot No A.25 in the MIDC area on Dhanki Road. We are based in Umarkhed, which is part of the Yavatmal district in Maharashtra. Working out of the MIDC area means we are surrounded by other industrial and trade businesses, so there is always a lot of activity and noise around us. It is a practical place to be for builders. We spend most of our mornings getting things ready for the sites and the afternoons are usually spent checking on how the actual building work is progressing. The roads around here can get a bit rough, especially after it rains, but that’s just part of life in Umarkhed. We have been here for a while now and we know the local landscape quite well. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people seeing what we have built in the past. Our office is simple, nothing too fancy, just some desks and plenty of paper. We handle the development side of things, which means a lot of coordination with different people and making sure the ground is ready for whatever we are putting up. It’s hard work and some days are longer than others, but we enjoy the process of seeing a project go from a plan to a finished structure. It’s just how we operate.
