M/S Baig Cnstructions

Our office is over on Darda Udyan Road in Singhaniya Nagar. It’s a quiet enough part of Yavatmal, though it gets busier during the day. We’ve been working in construction for some time now as M/S Baig Cnstructions. It’s hard work, mostly out in the sun and dealing with materials and site visits. We don’t have a lot of fancy brochures or a big sales pitch. Usually, people just hear about us through word of mouth or see our trucks around. The office at Singhaniya Nagar is where we keep all the plans and receipts. It's often a bit messy with paper and blueprints everywhere, but we know where everything is. We have a small crew and we all know each other well. Some of us have been together since the start. We just take on projects as they come and try to finish them without too much fuss. Construction has its ups and downs, especially with the weather or getting materials on time, but we manage. You won’t find any big corporate talk here. We just speak plain and tell people what's what. If we say we're going to be at a site, we show up. It's just how we operate. Nothing too complicated about it. We’re just local people doing our jobs in this corner of Maharashtra. It’s been our life for years and we don’t plan on changing how we do things anytime soon.
