KVC BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of the K.V.C. Complex right at Tagor Chowk in Wani. It is a busy little spot in town and everyone knows where the complex is. We are in Block No. OD, which is where we handle all our daily business. Working in a place like Wani is different from the big cities because you know almost everyone who walks through the door. Our office is pretty simple. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of space for the files we need for our construction work. Most of our day is spent talking to local vendors or checking in with the crews out at the sites. The weather here can get incredibly hot, so we try to get the heavy outdoor work started as early as possible in the morning. We don't spend much money on fancy decorations because we'd rather put that into the equipment and the materials we use. You will often find us drinking tea and looking over the latest progress reports from our site managers. We deal with everything from small residential work to bigger commercial tasks around the area. It is hard work, especially when the rains come or when supplies are delayed, but we just keep at it. We are just a local team doing our best to build things that will last for the community here.
