Junior Engineer

Junior Engineer is set up at 22, Vijayshree, in the Radha Nagari area. We are right on Arni Road in Wadgaon, which is part of Yavatmal 445001. Being in the Yavatmal district means we are used to a certain way of doing things and a specific pace of life. The building, Vijayshree, is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s situated on Arni Road, which sees a lot of vehicles going back and forth throughout the day. The office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy to move equipment in and out when we have deliveries or collections. We have a small desk near the window and a larger table in the back for the bigger blueprints and paperwork we handle. The walls are a bit bare, maybe just a map of the local area and a clock that’s usually five minutes fast. We don’t really mind that the time is a bit off. It’s a practical space, not some high-end showroom for clients to walk through. We spend our time checking figures and making sure the engineering plans make sense for the project. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so we are always wiping down the tables with an old cloth. It’s a very local operation. We know the shopkeepers nearby and often stop for a quick chat during the tea break. It’s a simple life in Wadgaon. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry about being fancy.
