We are located over at Swapnil Ashok Jaiswal’s place near the Shanimandir in Pusad. It is a quiet enough spot here in Yavatmal district where everyone basically knows each other. We started Jan Sangarsh Urban Nidhi Limited just to handle local money things for the folks living around here. There isn't any big fancy office or glass doors, just a desk and some chairs where people sit down and talk about their savings. Some days are busy with a lot of people coming in from the nearby streets, and other days we just sit and drink tea while waiting for the next person. Swapnil stays busy with the registers most of the time. We try to keep the paperwork simple because nobody likes filling out long forms that don't make sense. It’s mostly about helping out the neighbors in Pusad who need a place to put their cash or get a small bit of help. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word just gets around the Shanimandir area by people talking to one another. If you walk down the road past the temple, you will find us easily. We focus on the daily stuff that matters to families here in our town. Most of us grew up in this part of Maharashtra, so we understand how things work on the ground level without any complicated rules. It is just a straightforward local operation run by people you see at the market every day.
