It’s more of a home-office vibe where we sit down and talk about land and building projects. Pusad is a place where everyone knows everyone else, so reputation matters more than any advertisement. We spend our days meeting with locals, looking at plots of land, and trying to figure out how to make things work. It’s a lot of paperwork and trips to the local government offices.
