If you are heading towards the D Mart on Yavatmal Marg, you will find our clinic over in Shrukrawar Peth. Being so close to the big store means there is always a lot of activity around our front door. People are usually carrying bags of groceries or household stuff when they walk past. Our clinic is a very straightforward kind of place. We do not have any big signs or bright flashing lights outside. We just come in, open up the shutters in the morning, and start our day. The space inside is quite practical. We have a simple desk where we keep the ledger and a couple of chairs for whoever is waiting next. It can get a bit crowded on Saturday afternoons when the whole area is busy with shoppers. We mostly see local folks from Junnar and the other surrounding parts. The air inside usually smells a bit like antiseptic, which is just part of the job. We spend our time talking to people about their health and writing down notes in their paper files. Sometimes the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking noise, but we haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. It is just one of those small things you stop noticing after a while. We don't have a fancy waiting room with a television or anything. It's just a place to come, get things checked, and then go about your day. We try to keep it calm inside.
