Shmsuddin & Co. is based out of 54-21-2 in the Yargatti Post area. It’s a bit of a distance from the big city centers, which gives it a different kind of pace. The address is pretty specific, and once you get to Yargatti Post, it’s not too hard to find the building. We have a small setup here that suits us just fine. The building is older, with thick walls that keep it somewhat cool during the hotter months. We don’t have a lot of modern frills in the office. It’s mostly just shelves, some sturdy tables, and our paperwork. The mail comes through the local post office every day, and that’s often the highlight of the morning. We know the postman by name, and he usually stops for a minute to chat. It’s a quiet life at 54-21-2, but we stay busy with the local work that comes our way. There’s a lot of open space around this part of Yargatti, and you can see the fields or the trees depending on which way you look. Shmsuddin & Co. has been part of this landscape for a while. We don't feel the need to move somewhere busier because our roots are here. Most of the people who come by are folks from nearby who’ve known us for years. We just keep the place running, do our bit, and enjoy the slower rhythm of life outside the main towns.
