Neeraj Anand and Ravi Kant Anand run things from House No-1870 in Sec-17, Huda, Yamuna Nagar. It’s a local construction setup called Zav Smith Builders Private Limited. We handle different building tasks around town. Some days are busy with paperwork, but mostly we are out on site. It's just how we do things here. We've been around for a bit now. The office is easy to find if you know the Huda area. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a receptionist. It is just a desk and some chairs for meetings. We focus on getting the walls up and making sure the roof doesn't leak. It's practical work for real people. Locals in Yamuna Nagar know the neighborhood well. We try to be helpful when someone stops by to ask about a project. Sometimes the weather slows us down, but that's just part of building in Haryana. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build. If you walk past Sec-17, you might see us coming and going in our work clothes. Neeraj or Ravi are usually around to talk about the next job. We keep our tools ready and our crews busy. Every job is a bit different. We deal with the usual stuff like concrete, bricks, and labor. It's not always pretty, but it gets done. We aren't a giant corporation with hundreds of offices. We are right here in Yamuna Nagar. That’s about it for us.
