If you head out towards Damla in Yamuna Nagar, you will find us easily enough. This polytechnic has been around for a while, and the campus stays pretty lively with students running back and forth between classes. We mostly focus on teaching practical skills that people actually need when they go out to look for a job. It is not a fancy place, just classrooms, labs, and workshops where people get their hands dirty. The faculty here are regular folks who know their subjects well. Sometimes the noise from the workshops gets a bit loud, but that is just how it is when people are learning. We have students coming in from all over the local area. The morning rush is always a bit chaotic with everyone arriving at once. We do not spend much time on big speeches or fancy brochures. Instead, we just make sure the equipment is working and the lessons are planned. Maintenance takes up a lot of our time since machines break down and buildings need painting. It feels like a small community here in Damla. You see the same faces every day, and eventually, the students move on to their careers. We are just here to provide the space and the tools for that to happen. It is steady work, and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the academic year. The grounds are okay, nothing special, but they serve the purpose.
