Unitech Ltd

Our place is at H.No-304 in Sector-17 HUDA, over in Jagadhari. It’s B.K. Sharma’s place, and we use a good portion of it for the Unitech Ltd operations. Being in Yamunanagar means things move at a slightly different pace than the big cities. The office is right in a residential sector, so it’s quiet most of the time, except for when the school bus passes by. We have turned a few rooms into proper work areas with computers and filing cabinets. It’s a very practical arrangement. There’s a small porch where we sit sometimes during the winter to get some sun while we discuss the day's plans. We don't have a big staff, just a few dedicated people who have been around for a while. Everyone knows everyone else's business, which is just how it is in a small office like this. We don't use any fancy management software; usually, we just write things down on a big whiteboard or in our diaries. It’s a bit old-school, but it keeps us on track. The walls have some old calendars and a few photos from office gatherings. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which suits us just fine. We just put in the hours and make sure our clients are taken care of properly. It's just a bunch of us working hard in a quiet Haryana neighborhood.
