You’ll find us in the main market of Bilaspur, right near the road that goes to Ranjitpura. Our official address is in Kopal Mochan, which is part of the Ambala taluka in Yamunanagar district. It’s a bit of a long way to describe it, but locally everyone just knows the spot. We deal in doors and all the little bits that go with them, like handles and locks. The shop is right in the middle of the market, so it’s always lively outside. We have stacks of wood and metal frames leaning against the walls. It’s a bit cramped inside because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand. People from the village and nearby areas come to us when they are building a new house. We aren't big-city people and we don't act like it. We talk to our customers like they’re our neighbors, because usually they are. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for a specific accessory to arrive from the city, but we let people know upfront. We don't like to overcomplicate things. We just sell the stuff, help people pick what fits their budget, and maybe give some advice on how to install it. It’s a decent life here in the market, even when it gets muddy during the rains.
