Raj Kumar Furnaces

If you’re looking for us, we’re located at No. 477 in Ward No 22, over in Joginder Nagar. We’ve been working out of this spot for a long time at Raj Kumar Furnaces, focusing on furnaces and all the metalwork that goes with them. It’s noisy work, with the sound of welding and hammering going on most of the day. Our hands are usually dirty from the grease and the soot, but that’s just how it is when you’re building or fixing industrial heating units. The workshop is a bit crowded with scrap metal and tools, but we have a system for where everything goes. We aren't big on formalities here. Most people just walk in and tell us what’s wrong with their equipment or what kind of setup they need for their own workshop. We spend a lot of time sketching out ideas on whatever paper is handy. The street outside can get a bit congested with trucks, especially when we’re trying to move a large furnace out the door. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively while we work. It’s a lot of heat and hard labor, especially during the summer months when the sun is hitting the roof. We just keep our heads down and focus on the task at hand. It’s a practical business run by people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We just show up every morning and see what needs to be built.
