Panchkula Engg. Waorks

Panchkula Engg. Waorks is situated in Ballewala, which is near Yamuna Nagar in Haryana. Even though the name says Panchkula, we have been rooted here in Yamuna Nagar for quite some time. It is a local operation through and through. The workshop is where we spend almost all our time. We do a lot of metalwork and repairs. If you come by Ballewala, you will see us. We don't have a big team of secretaries or managers. It is just us doing the actual labor. The floor is usually covered in scrap metal and shavings, but we clean it up at the end of every week. Life in Haryana is straightforward, and we try to run our business the same way. We don't promise things we can't do. If we can fix it, we tell you. If we can't, we say that too. We have a lot of regular people who come back to us because they know how we work. We don't use any fancy software to track things; a lot of it is still written down in notebooks. It might seem old-fashioned to some, but it works for what we do. The weather gets really cold in the winter and very hot in the summer, but the work doesn't stop. We just keep the doors open and keep going. That's the way we've always handled things.
