We are located at SCO 54 in the Tau Devilal Market. It’s a busy little market area, and we’ve been part of it as Biochemix Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. for a good amount of time. Being in the market means there's always someone walking by or popping in to ask a question. Our space is mostly filled with shelves of healthcare products and paperwork. It’s a bit cramped, to be honest. We have a lot of boxes arriving and leaving, so you have to be careful where you step. It’s not a sterile, white-walled hospital environment. It feels more like a local office where work actually happens. We spend our days talking to suppliers and making sure we have what people need. Sometimes the market gets really crowded, especially on weekends, which makes getting deliveries in a bit of a challenge. We’ve all worked here together for a while now, so we have a good rhythm. We don't use any big words or try to act like we’re something we’re not. We’re just a healthcare business trying to stay on top of our orders in the middle of a noisy market. Sometimes we run out of coffee or the printer jams right when we’re busy, but we manage to get through it. It’s a local business through and through, and this is just where we've ended up. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls nearby and keep going until the evening. The day ends when we finally lock up and head home.
