Mittal Trading

Mittal Trading is located at Shop No. 24 in the New Grain Market. We are based in Shahzadpur. The grain market is a very lively place to be. From early morning, there are tractors and trucks moving around, and people are busy buying and selling. Our shop is just one of many in the row, but we’ve been here long enough that we have our own little rhythm. It’s a small space, mostly filled with ledgers and some samples. We don't have air conditioning or fancy chairs. We just have what we need to get the business done. Working in Shahzadpur has its ups and downs. When the harvest comes in, it’s incredibly busy and we barely have time to sit down. Other times of the year, it’s much quieter and we spend time talking to the other shopkeepers in the market. We don't have any big corporate structure. It’s just a family-run kind of thing. We’ve seen the grain market grow and change over the years. Some shops have closed and new ones have opened, but we’ve stayed right here at Shop No. 24. We don't use any complicated business words. We just talk to people plainly and do our work. It’s a noisy, dusty, and honest way to make a living. We appreciate the people who come to see us and we try to keep things as simple as possible.
