We are based out of Naraingarh, which is a small place in Haryana. M S Sheladia Associates Inc has been here for a bit. It’s not like those big offices you see in Delhi or Gurgaon. We keep things pretty low-key in this part of India. The office is just a spot where we gather to get our projects moving. Naraingarh is a nice town, people are friendly, and we like being part of the local scene. We don't really have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy descriptions about us. It’s just us, the staff, doing what we know how to do. Some days we are out on sites and other days we are stuck behind the desks. It gets pretty hot here in the summers, so we keep the fans going and just push through the work. We’ve grown a bit since we started, but we still feel like a local operation. If someone asks what we do, we just tell them plainly. There’s no need to make it sound more complicated than it is. We value being consistent and just being there when folks need us. The town of Naraingarh is home for us, and we plan to stay here for the long run. It’s a decent place to work and live without the rush of a massive city. There are plenty of trees around the area, and we often take our lunch breaks outside when the weather allows.
