Lmk Janshakti Welfare Foundation is located at number 93 in Rajiv Garden, right near the Ajay Palace in Yamuna Nagar. This area has been our home for a long time and we decided to set up our welfare work here because we know the people. The address might sound a bit long on paper but once you are in Yamuna Nagar, it is easy to find the building. We are just regular people who wanted to do something useful for the public. It isn't a massive corporate operation with hundreds of staff members. Usually, it is just a few of us sitting around a desk planning what to do next. We handle different kinds of welfare projects as they come up. Some days we are out in the streets and other days we are just doing paperwork in the office. The building is near the palace, so people use that as a landmark when they come to visit us. We don’t have a flashy website or a big marketing team. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Living in Haryana, we see a lot of things that could be better, so we try to help out where we can. It’s a simple life and simple work, but it feels right. We keep our doors open for anyone from the locality who needs to talk or share some ideas. It is important to stay connected with the ground reality here.
