This office is located at 88/1 in the S.S.M. Colony in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana. It is a familiar spot for many of us who have lived in this town for a long time. The colony is a quiet residential neighborhood, so it is a peaceful place to get some work done. Most of our day is spent dealing with technical drawings or talking to people at the local sites. We aren't big on meetings that last for hours. Instead, we just talk over our desks when something needs to be decided. The pace here is steady but not rushed. We have a small courtyard where we can stand for a minute to get some sun or have a quick chat with a neighbor passing by. It is a very local way of doing things. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just rely on the experience of the people who have been sitting in these chairs for years. It is a dependable place where we just focus on the job and making sure the day ends on a good note.
