Haryana Carpets

Haryana Carpets is located on Barar Road over in Dosarka, which is part of Sadhaura. It is a bit of a drive to get out here but it is a quiet enough place to get things done. The road outside can be a bit bumpy depending on the season. We have a good amount of space for the looms and the storage of all the materials. Sadhaura is a small place where everyone kind of knows what everyone else is doing. We usually get to the workshop early before the sun gets too high. There is a lot of thread and wool around the place so it can get a bit messy at times. We don't really have a showroom like the ones you see in the big cities. People just come in and see what we are working on at the moment. The light in the morning is helpful for seeing the colors correctly. We have been on Barar Road for years now and the building has seen better days, but it serves its purpose. We don't go in for much decoration in the office. It's mostly just catalogs and stacks of paper. Working with carpets takes a lot of time and patience so the pace here is steady but not rushed. We take our breaks when we can and talk about the news or the weather. It is just a normal day-to-day business for us. We don't do anything too fancy, we just work until the day is over.
