Goel Telecom

Goel Telecom is located right here in Anand Market, House No- 884. We are quite close to Bobby Sweet House, so most people use that as a landmark when they are looking for us. It’s a small shop, mostly filled with mobile accessories and recharge vouchers. There is always someone behind the glass counter. We started this place because we wanted to work for ourselves in this neighborhood. The market stays noisy all day, but that’s just how it is. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we manage. We fix basic phone issues and help people figure out their data plans. It isn’t anything fancy. We have a few stools for people to sit while they wait. My nephew helps out on weekends when it gets crowded. We get a lot of regulars who stop by just to say hello or get a quick top-up. We don't spend money on big signs or ads. Word of mouth is usually how people find out about us. Being near the sweet shop helps because folks stop there and then see us. It’s been a few years now and we’ve seen the market change a bit. We just keep doing what we do. If you need a cable or a new screen guard, we probably have it in a drawer somewhere.
