Ghulam Ali Clinic

We are located right in Model Town, which is a pretty well-known part of the area. The clinic is easy to find if you know your way around the neighborhood. It’s a basic building, nothing that really stands out from the houses and other small shops nearby. We have a small staff here, and we all know each other’s habits pretty well by now. The day usually starts with us unlocking the front door and getting the patient logs ready. We don't have a computerized system for everything, so there is still a good bit of handwriting involved in our daily tasks. The rooms are small but we keep them clean. You won't find any expensive art on the walls or leather sofas in the waiting room. It’s just functional furniture and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. People from Model Town come in for all sorts of minor things, and we do what we can to help them out. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the neighborhood kids are playing outside, but mostly it’s a calm place. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most modern facility around. We just want to be a place where someone can walk in, get seen, and go back to their day. It’s a steady rhythm that hasn't changed much over the years. We like the familiarity of this spot and the way the morning light hits the reception desk every single day when we first open.
