If you go to Sarojani Colony Phase I in Yamuna Nagar, you’ll find us at SCF 36 on the second floor. We’re right near the post office, so it’s a pretty easy landmark to find. Express Abroad is just a handful of us helping people figure out how to get to other countries for school or work. We’ve got a lot of maps on the walls and heaps of paperwork on every desk. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we have a system that works for us. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, so we usually just stay up here once we arrive in the morning. Yamuna Nagar is a busy place, and our street is no exception. We hear the post office trucks coming and going all day. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything; most people find us by word of mouth from someone else in the colony. We try to be honest with people about their chances, even if it’s not what they want to hear. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. We’re just regular people working a regular job. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a deadline, and other times we close up early if it’s a slow day. It’s a flexible way to run things, and it suits our personalities. We’re just glad to be part of the neighborhood here.
