Even though the company name is Enmas Andritz Pvt Ltd, Chennai, we are actually based out of Yamunanagar in Haryana these days. It’s a bit of a weird situation with the name, but this is where the actual project work is happening. Yamunanagar is a tough industrial town with a lot of dust and noise, but it’s a good place for engineering and manufacturing. We have a very simple setup here. It’s basically a workshop area and a small office space where we can sit down and do the paperwork. We don’t have any polished brochures or a sales team. We just focus on the technical side of the projects we are handling. Most of us are from different parts of the country, so the office is a bit of a mix of languages. We spend a lot of time on site, so the office is often empty during the middle of the day. We don't have a lot of furniture, just what we absolutely need to get the job done. The winters here are quite sharp, so we usually have a small heater going under the main desk. It’s a very practical way of working. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy address. We just want to make sure the work is solid and the machines are running like they should. It’s honest, hard work and that’s really all there is to it.
