Chanderpur Group

Chanderpur Group is located right on Jorian Delhi Road. It is one of those places where you always see dust on the windows because of the heavy trucks passing by all day. The site is pretty large and we have a lot of metal and heavy parts sitting around. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear nice shoes. We spend most of the day walking between the different sheds and the main office. The office itself is just a plain room with some old fans and a few computers that have seen better days. It gets really loud when the workshop is in full swing, so we usually have to shout a bit to be heard. We’ve been at this location for a long time and everyone in the area knows where we are. The guys working here mostly live nearby in the surrounding villages. We start early in the morning when it’s still cool enough to work outside. Lunch is usually a quiet time when everyone sits under the shade of the trees near the gate. We don’t do much fancy stuff here. It’s mostly about making sure the orders are loaded onto the trucks correctly. Sometimes the rain makes the yard a bit muddy and we have to put down wooden planks to walk on. It’s just the way life goes on Jorian Delhi Road. We keep our heads down and do the work.
