Balaji Consultancy Services is based right here in Yamunanagar. We have a small office where we spend most of our day sitting at desks and looking through papers. It’s not the most exciting work to some, but it’s what we do and it pays the bills. People come in with all sorts of questions about their documents or things they need help with. We try to give them a straight answer without using too many big words or making things more complicated than they are. The office gets a bit messy with folders piled up on every flat surface, but we usually know where everything is tucked away. Yamunanagar is a good place to be, and we have regulars who just pop in to say hello while they are out running errands. We drink a lot of tea while we go through the files. Sometimes the computer acts up and we have to wait for it to restart, which gives us a minute to look out the window at the street. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us trying to help people get their paperwork sorted so they can move on with their day. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors know us. It’s a simple setup, just some chairs, a few desks, and a lot of filing cabinets that are getting a bit old. We keep the doors open when the weather is nice to let in some air.
