Airlift Management Learning Institute India Pvt Ltd is located at 64 Friends Colony, right off the By Pass Road in Yamunanagar. It’s a decent-sized place where we focus on teaching and training. Since we are in Haryana, we see a lot of people from the local area coming through. The building is functional. We have some classrooms and a space for management training sessions. It’s not a university campus, just a practical setup for learning. Usually, things are pretty quiet until a session starts, then the place fills up with students or workers looking to pick up some new skills. We’ve been at this Yamunanagar location for a bit. The By Pass Road makes it fairly easy for people to find us, though the traffic can be a bit much during peak hours. Inside, it’s mostly whiteboards, chairs, and some old computers we use for the courses. There are a few of us who handle the administration and the teaching. We aren't trying to be the biggest school around, just a place where someone can come and learn management basics without a lot of fuss. It gets a bit dusty being near the road, but we keep the rooms as clean as we can. It’s an honest place to learn. We spend our days organizing schedules and making sure the materials are ready for whoever is coming in next. Sometimes the printer jams, but we get by. It is just a normal school environment.
