Umeedhom Scientific Homoeopathic Clinic

Umeedhom Scientific Homoeopathic Clinic is located in Jagadhri, right on the first floor opposite the main bus stand. Being near the bus stand means we see people from all over, not just local Jagadhri residents. People hop off the bus and come up the stairs to see us. It’s a bit of a climb, but people don’t seem to mind. The clinic has a lot of small bottles and jars on the shelves, which is typical for a homeopathic place. It’s usually pretty quiet inside, even with the buses pulling in and out across the street. We spend a lot of time talking to people about how they feel. It’s not a rushed place. We sit down and listen. The furniture is a bit older, and the floor has some scuff marks, but it’s clean and it works for what we do. We’ve been practicing here for a long time. There’s a certain smell of medicine in the air that you get used to after five minutes. We handle all the appointments ourselves and keep track of everyone’s history in big ledger books. It’s a very simple, human way of doing things. We aren't a big corporation, just a small clinic on the first floor trying to help the people who walk up those stairs every day. We close up when the last patient leaves, and then we walk down to the street ourselves.
