Tmts Multi Farming Private Limited is in Roop Nagar Colony in Jagadhari. We run things from Vivek Tayal’s place in Yamuna Nagar. This is where the main office is kept. It’s not a farm itself, but it’s where Vivek lives and keeps all the paperwork. We do different kinds of farming, not just one specific thing. That’s why we call it multi farming. Jagadhari is a busy area with the industries nearby, but there is still plenty of land for growing things once you get outside the main town. We spend a lot of time moving between the colony and the fields. It’s a bit of a mix here. Sometimes we are dealing with vegetables, and other times it’s different crops. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of people. It’s mostly just us trying to figure out the best way to make the land work for us. The colony is quiet enough most days. We meet up at the house and talk about what needs doing for the week. It’s simpler that way for everyone. We don't have any big fancy equipment, just what we need to get the job done. The weather in Yamuna Nagar is usually okay for what we do. We just keep our heads down and work. There isn't much more to it than that. We like being local and staying close to home. It is a good way to live and work.
