S.K. Vohra & Co.

Our office is tucked away in House No. 2-B in Krishnanagar. It’s very close to Golden High School here in Yamunanagar. You can usually hear the school bells and the kids playing if the windows are open. S.K. Vohra & Co. has been operating from this house for quite a while. It feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We have a few rooms set up with tables and old cupboards for the records. Haryana can get quite hot, so we usually have the fans going full speed. Being in a residential area like Krishnanagar means it’s mostly quiet except for the school traffic in the mornings and afternoons. People know the address 135001 well around here. We don't spend much on decorations or flashy signs. The name is just there on the gate so folks know where to turn. We spend our days mostly going through papers and talking to the people who drop in. It’s a small team, just a few of us making sure everything is handled. We know the neighbors and they know us. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit when the weather is nice. It’s a very straightforward way of working. No big corporate rules or anything like that. Just a local business trying to do its job every day without much fuss. We like it this way and it keeps us busy enough throughout the year.
