Shree Rajasthan Texchemltd is located at 154-F, right near the bus stand in Jagadhri. Being so close to the bus stand means there is always noise and people moving around outside our doors. It’s handy for the workers who commute from nearby towns though. We deal with textiles and chemicals here, mostly focusing on the day-to-day operations of managing stock and orders. The building has been here for a while and you can tell by the way the walls look, but it serves its purpose. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and stacks of ledgers. We don’t use a lot of fancy software, mostly just keeping track of things manually and on the old computer. The heat in Haryana can be something else in June, so we have these old fans that make a lot of noise but keep the air moving. People stop by all day asking for directions because of the bus stand being a landmark. We just point them the right way and get back to work. Sometimes the supply trucks get stuck in the narrow lane, and we have to help them navigate. It’s a busy spot in Jagadhri. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, with new shops opening up and others closing down, but we just stay focused on our own daily tasks and the regular customers we’ve had for years.
