Samarth Cookware is located right on Old Court Road. It’s a street that’s been around forever, and we feel like we fit right in. Our shop is filled from floor to ceiling with all kinds of pots, pans, and other kitchen things people use every day. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes. We’ve got stacks of stainless steel and heavy tawas everywhere. It’s a bit loud when someone is moving the inventory around because metal on metal makes quite a clatter. We don’t have any air conditioning, so we keep the big doors open to the street most of the year. You can hear the bikes and cars going past all day long. People stop by when they’re walking down Old Court Road to see what new things we have. We don't do a lot of fancy advertising or social media. We just put some of the bigger items out front so people know what we’re about. The back of the shop is where we keep the extra stock and it’s a bit dark and dusty back there. We spend our time helping people find the right size pot or explaining how to take care of the heavy-duty pans. It’s just honest work. We’ve been doing this for a long time and we know our items well. It’s a simple business on a busy old road and we like it that way.
