Sainik Soda Water Factory

The factory is located at Plot No- 39 in Vikas Puri. We are right on Jagadhari Road, quite close to the industrial area, so there is always a lot of heavy machinery and trucks passing by. It’s a noisy place to work, between the traffic outside and our own machines inside. We spend our days filling up soda bottles and making sure the gas is just right. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we’ve got a good rhythm going now. The floor is usually wet from the washing process, and the air smells like CO2 and damp glass. We aren't a big operation, just a few local guys who know how to run the equipment. We don’t have a fancy office; we mostly just hang out in the main production area where the real work happens. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend half the day fixing them ourselves with old wrenches. It’s just how things go around here. People from the nearby factories often stop by to get a drink when they are on their breaks. We just keep doing what we do, day after day, without making much of a fuss about it. The address is easy to find if you’re heading towards the industrial zone. We’re just another small factory in the middle of a busy neighborhood, trying to get things done before the sun goes down and we head home.
